Duplicate enrollment
When funding depends on a minimum headcount, one child can appear on several registers. Donors then fund one child twice.

Our impact
We believe money meant for people should reach people. Schools, clinics and aid programs run on public and donor funds, yet most still cannot prove who was really there. Tipsoi gives them that proof, so funders, governments and communities can trust the work.

What we believe
A school funded for 25 children should teach 25 children. A health complex that pays a doctor should have that doctor on duty. When the records behind these programs cannot be checked, money leaks away from the people it was meant for, and trust leaks with it.
We build technology that makes those records honest, even in places with little power or internet. We see that as our part in helping public and donor money do the good it was given for.
Where money leaks
Three gaps we see again and again in programs that serve people.
When funding depends on a minimum headcount, one child can appear on several registers. Donors then fund one child twice.
In many public facilities, staff write their own entry and exit times. Nobody can check that against who was in the building.
Most fingerprint devices hold ten fingers per person. If someone enrolls one, colleagues can use the nine open slots, and the report still looks clean.
Case studies
Two programs, each with its own full case study.

Education · BRAC Education Program, Bangladesh
In 1,500+ remote schools, teachers carry a battery-powered face device that sends attendance over a mobile SIM. A central face check stops the same child being enrolled at two schools.
As reported by BRAC Education Program in April 2026. An independent evaluation is still to come.

Public health · DGHS, Bangladesh
Since September 2023, 621 devices at 544 government health complexes check staff by face, fingerprint or card, replacing self-signed paper registers.
From DGHS records, August 2026.

Verified enrollment and daily attendance across 1,500+ non-formal schools.
Verified presence of doctors and staff across 544 public health complexes.
Our method
We publish only figures from our partners' own records. Scale figures, such as schools, facilities and people enrolled, come straight from the system. Outcome figures, such as attendance before and after, are reported by the program. An independent evaluation is pending, so we do not claim Tipsoi alone caused any change.
