Tipsoi has been selected as one of the Top 30 finalists at ITEC SEA 2026, taking the Bangladesh-built workforce technology platform to the competition’s Southeast Asia Regional Finals.
The ITEC SEA organising team confirmed the selection to Mohammad Munirul Alam, Co-founder and CEO of Inovace Technologies, the company behind Tipsoi.
The team is scheduled to present Tipsoi at the Regional Finals in Kuala Lumpur on 7 October 2026.
ITEC SEA is the Southeast Asia edition of the Chaoyang International Talent Entrepreneurship Conference, now in its 14th edition. The competition connects participating companies with investors, mentors and opportunities within the wider ITEC ecosystem in China. The 2026 programme has a prize pool of more than RMB 50 million across its competition tracks.
For Tipsoi, the selection brings a technology platform developed in Bangladesh in front of an international panel of judges and investors.
Tipsoi combines biometric attendance with workforce and HR management tools, helping organisations manage attendance, access control, payroll-related data and workforce reporting from a single system.
“This is a recognition of the work our team has been putting in every day. Reaching the Top 30 gives us an opportunity to take what we have built in Bangladesh to a much wider audience,” said Mohammad Munirul Alam, Co-founder and CEO of Inovace Technologies.
The team will represent Tipsoi at the Regional Finals in Kuala Lumpur. Further updates will be shared following the competition.
