Your HR team should not spend the first week of every month rebuilding a payroll file by hand. Tipsoi keeps one record from the gate to the salary file. Attendance, leave and payroll all read from it. You get salary figures you can trust from day one, billed in AED and supported from Dubai.
Coca-Cola, Unilever and Bosch all run Tipsoi. Big sites. Many shifts. Staff who are not at a desk. The same setup fits one Dubai office.
3.5 hrs on manual data entry
12 mistakes found in attendance sheet
Manual timesheets cost you twice. First in the hours your HR team spends rebuilding them. Then again in the payroll errors they hide. Since 1 June 2026 a late salary payment also brings MOHRE penalties, so the same admin now carries a fine attached to it.

Wages for last month fall due on the first day of the next. Tipsoi calculates payroll from approved attendance and pay data, so salaries are ready on time. Nothing is typed twice between the timesheet and the salary file. Payroll stops being a week of checking. It becomes one approval.

You set your leave categories once, including sick, maternity and paternity leave. Overtime is checked and approved before payroll runs. Public holidays flow straight into reports and pay. Managers approve the exceptions on one screen. So the sums are the same every month, and every manager sees the same numbers.

Balances, carry-forward and public holidays sit against each employee record. Every approved request updates the balance. Staff check their own balance in the app, so they stop asking HR. A leave balance report shows the days left for every employee. So nobody goes over their allowance, and arguments about balances stop.

Tipsoi makes its own face and fingerprint terminals, including a portable one you can take to a site. They keep working when the internet drops and sync when it returns. If you already run ZKTeco or similar units, those connect through our API and keep earning. Send us your model numbers and we will check them for you.
Every terminal ships with a 2-year warranty and lifetime service, as listed on our UAE page in 2026. See the Tipsoi attendance devices.
Every employee gets their own login. They apply for leave, check their attendance and download payslips from the app. Salary certificates come from the system too. Each employee’s documents sit in their profile, so HR never has to hunt for a paper copy.

Staff punch at the gate with a face or fingerprint, then see their hours, leave balance and payslips on their phone. Managers approve leave and late arrivals from the same screen, between meetings. HR stops sitting in the middle of every small request, which is where most of the month used to go.
Most UAE shortlists mix two kinds of vendor. Hardware resellers sell you a terminal. HR suites treat attendance as a side feature. Tipsoi is the third kind, because we build the devices and run the payroll. That is the whole comparison below, and we mark the rows where an HR-only suite wins.

Three UAE rules decide whether an HRMS is fit for 2026. These are the numbers it has to handle for you.
Wages for the previous month are due on the first day of the month under Resolution 340 of 2026, from 1 June 2026.
Of the wage bill must reach staff on time to count as compliant, Khaleej Times reported in 2026.
Per unfilled Emirati position per month in 2026 for companies with 50 or more staff, per Adecco.
The questions UAE HR teams ask us before they switch.
Send us your headcount, site list and the terminal models you already own. We answer against your setup, in AED, from Dubai.
An HRMS holds every employee record and runs the work around it. Attendance, leave, payroll, documents and self-service. In the UAE it also carries the rules MOHRE enforces. A late payroll file brings penalties on its own. Judge any system on one thing: does the salary file come from the same records as the timesheet.
The Wage Protection System checks that private-sector staff are paid what their contract says, on time, through an approved bank. Wages for last month fall due on the first day of the next, under Resolution 340 of 2026, in force since 1 June 2026. You must pay 85% of the wage bill on time to count as compliant.
Companies with 50 or more staff pay AED 9,000 a month for each unfilled Emirati position in 2026, and the target rises each year. The cost is easy to miss, because it builds up quietly instead of arriving as one bill. Planning hires early in the year gives you time to fill each role before the cost builds up.
Usually, yes. Tipsoi connects to most access-control and attendance devices already on the market through one API. ZKTeco and similar terminals keep earning. Send us the model numbers and we will confirm.
Ask four things. Whether payroll comes from the timesheet records. Whether the price is in AED. Who answers at 9am Gulf time. Whether it reads the devices you own. Bayzat is strong on benefits. ZenHR suits an Arabic-first team.
A single office is usually live inside a week. A group with several sites or free-zone entities takes two to four weeks. Most of that time is yours, not ours. We need your staff list, shift patterns, holiday policy and device models. The first payroll runs beside your old one, so you can compare before you switch.
Switching HR systems sounds like a project. In practice it is three steps, and you keep your old payroll running until the numbers match. Nobody is asked to trust a new system with a live salary run on day one.
Book a 30 minute meeting with the Tipsoi team. We use your headcount, sites and shift pattern, so you see your own numbers. You get a quote in AED the same day.
We fit the terminals, or connect the ones you own. Then we enrol your staff and set up your leave and overtime rules.
One payroll runs on both systems at once. When the payroll totals match, you switch. A single office is usually live within a week.
